Henk-Jan Belderok

Henk-Jan Belderok is a seasoned professional in the offshore and cable installation sectors, currently serving as Deputy Cable Package Manager at New Power Partners since July 2022. Prior experience includes a Senior Specialist role at Ørsted, where responsibilities spanned leading installation management on various U.S. projects and significant export cable installations. Prior to Ørsted, Henk-Jan held multiple managerial positions at Van Oord, overseeing offshore cable installation, engineering, and project management. Earlier in the career, Henk-Jan gained research experience at Eindhoven University of Technology and completed an internship focusing on biomass pyrolysis. Henk-Jan holds a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Eindhoven University of Technology, completed in 2007.
