Shruti Sehra

Shruti Sehra is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership roles, currently serving as a Managing Partner at New Profit since August 2007, following previous positions as Partner and Manager of the Portfolio Team. Shruti's career began with a Graduate Internship at New Profit, alongside early roles including Co-Founder of Leave for Life and Campaign Manager for Underwood for Assembly. With a solid foundation in quality management from Jabil Circuit and Howmet Castings, and engineering experience at Honeywell Engines and Systems, Shruti's diverse background is complemented by advanced degrees from prestigious institutions: a Master in Public Administration from Harvard Kennedy School, an MBA from The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth, and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
