Chelsea Reid

Chelsea Reid serves as the Director of Operations at New Reach, Inc. since January 2022, where responsibilities include strategic development and implementation of operational strategies, management of day-to-day organizational operations, housing oversight, financial planning, and risk management. Previous roles include Operations Manager at NASPA and various positions at Boston University, where Chelsea contributed to student affairs and community engagement. Chelsea holds a Master of Science in Public Relations & Applied Research from Boston University and a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication from Delaware State University.
