Chung Wu

Chung Wu serves as the Head of Log Analytics Product Management at New Relic, focusing on leveraging Generative AI for insights from unstructured machine data to enhance customer engagement, operational efficiency, and security since 2023. Prior to this role, Chung led the development of an exabyte scale analytics platform at Sumo Logic and directed the creation of a machine learning-based insurance underwriting application at Guidewire Software. Chung's extensive experience includes key positions at Oracle, MobileOps, Rearden Commerce, and Siebel Systems, with a strong emphasis on product management across various platforms and applications. Chung holds an MBA from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management, a B.S. in Information & Computer Science from UC Irvine, and a minor in Management from the University of California, Irvine - Paul Merage School of Business.
