Dustin Kirk

Dustin Kirk is a seasoned product designer with extensive experience in leading design initiatives across various organizations. Currently serving as Principal Product Designer at New Relic since October 2023, Dustin previously held the position of Lead Product Designer at Salesforce, where contributions included championing the SLDS Design System and pioneering generative email experiences for Sales Cloud. Earlier roles include Lead Product Designer/Manager at LeadIQ, where Dustin led remote design teams and established UX architecture, and Principal Product Designer/Manager at Tealium, where relationships with product and engineering teams were developed. Dustin's career began at Intricate Design as a Co-Founder and Web Designer, and includes significant positions at notable companies such as Neustar, HP, and BenefitFocus.
