Assistant Director Operations at New Roads School

Rachel Rayos has extensive experience in educational administration and operations, currently serving as Assistant Director of Operations, Director of School Safety, Upper School Operations Manager, Upper School Dean of New Students and Families, and Upper School Assistant Dean of Students at New Roads School since July 2016. Previously, Rachel held positions at Marymount High School, including Summer School Coordinator and Assistant to the Head of School, from January 2013 to June 2016. Earlier in Rachel's career, roles included Administrative Assistant at Goldberg, Swedelson & Associates and Facilities Management at Loyola Marymount University. Rachel earned a Master’s Degree in Educational Administration from California State University, Northridge, and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a minor in History from Loyola Marymount University.
