Nicholas Sioufas

Nicholas Sioufas currently serves as the Sustainability Coordinator for the City of New Rochelle since October 2021 and is a Managing Attorney at Sioufas Law Firm, PLLC, also since June 2021. Additionally, Nicholas holds the position of Compliance Associate at Cavalry Portfolio Services since August 2020. Previous experience includes roles as Founding Partner at The Fair Firm, PLLC, and Excelsior Service Attorney-Fellow at the NYS Department of Agriculture & Markets. Nicholas has also interned at Beiersdorf and served as a Student Attorney at the Pace Environmental Litigation Clinic and Pace Food and Beverage Law Clinic. Educational qualifications include a Master of Laws in Environmental Law with a specialization in Land Use and Sustainable Development from the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University, a Juris Doctor with an Environmental Law Advanced Certificate and a concentration in Business Law, and dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Environmental and Natural Resource Economics and Food and Agribusiness Marketing and Management from the University of Delaware. Nicholas is an alumnus of New Rochelle High School.
