Michele Todd

Michele Todd is a seasoned professional in food science and research, currently serving as Manager and Senior Scientist in R&D Commercialization at New School Foods since February 2023. Prior to this role, Michele held positions such as Senior Food Scientist and Food Scientist at Riverside Natural Foods Ltd. from August 2018 to March 2023, and worked as a Research Scientist in R&D at Lactalis Canada between August 2016 and August 2018. Early career experiences include positions as an Undergraduate Sensory Research Assistant at the University of Guelph from January 2011 to April 2016 and a Research Assistant in Soft Matter Science and Dairy Technology at the University of Hohenheim in the summer of 2015. Additional roles included a Microbiology/Sensory Lab Technician at Parmalat Canada and a Food Technologist at Maple Leaf Foods Inc. Michele holds a Bachelor's Degree in Food Science from the University of Guelph, obtained in 2016.
