Natalie McGuire is an experienced professional with a diverse background in human resources, web design, and graphics. Currently serving as the Human Resource Manager at New Seasons Market since April 2023, Natalie oversees HR processes for over 120 employees, focusing on employee relations through a DEI lens. Prior experience includes owning NATALIE MCGUIRE DESIGNS, LLC, where Natalie managed web design and digital strategy for over 300 clients globally, and roles as a Graphic Designer at Rains | Birchard Marketing, Inc., and Fresh Cup Magazine, demonstrating strong creative and collaborative skills.
