Nikotris L.

Nikotris L. has a diverse and extensive work experience. Starting in 2005, they worked as an Associate Director at Marquette University until 2009. From 2009 to 2011, they served as a Site Director at Communities In Schools of North Texas. In 2011, they became a Youth Program Development Consultant at My Brother's Keeper Baltimore. From 2012 to 2014, Nikotris worked as a Director of Programming at Lead2Change, Inc. Additionally, from 2000 to 2014, they served as a Counselor and Co-Director at Everytown Wisconsin. In 2012, they started working as a Principal Consultant at DNA Community Consulting, providing support for organizations. From 2015 to 2017, they were a part of the Impact Team at City Year. Following this, in 2017, Nikotris joined Ubuntu Research and Evaluation, LLC as a Senior Strategist until 2020. From 2020 to 2021, they worked as an Assistant Director of Social Equity at the Oregon Department of Transportation.
