Nikotris L. has a diverse and extensive work experience. Starting in 2005, they worked as an Associate Director at Marquette University until 2009. From 2009 to 2011, they served as a Site Director at Communities In Schools of North Texas. In 2011, they became a Youth Program Development Consultant at My Brother's Keeper Baltimore.
