Camilla Hayes

Camilla Hayes has a diverse work experience, starting with their current role as Operations Director at New Street Consulting Group (NSCG), where they are a member of the Senior Leadership Team and is responsible for implementing business operational changes, managing the CRM system, leading a team, managing IT infrastructure, and overseeing office sites. Prior to this, they worked as an Operations Manager at NSCG.

Before joining NSCG, Camilla had a long career in sports as an International Athlete for England Lacrosse, where they played from 2007 to 2023. Camilla also worked as a Teaching Assistant and Head Lacrosse Coach at The King's School Canterbury, managing the sport of lacrosse for eighty girls across five teams.

Camilla gained experience in executive search at Damhurst & Co, where they worked as an Executive Search Consultant after spending six years with a Real Estate sector specialist firm. Camilla also held various roles at deverellsmith, including Associate Director of Sales Operations, Sales Operations Manager & Executive Search, Senior Executive Search Consultant, and Executive Search Consultant. Camilla was responsible for leading sales operations, implementing a new CRM system, and developing the business continuity plan.

Their early career includes internships at Arch Insurance Group, where they provided administrative support to the Underwriting Team during three annual summer internships from 2009 to 2011.

Camilla Hayes completed their education in a few different institutions. Camilla earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Sociology from the University of Maryland from 2011 to 2013. Prior to that, they attended the University of California, Berkeley from 2009 to 2011, although their degree and field of study during that time are unspecified. Camilla also studied at Benenden School from 2004 to 2009, where they focused on A levels in Biology, Economics, and Geography. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including the Salesforce Certified Associate from Salesforce (expected in 2023), English Lacrosse Level 2 Coaching Award from the English Lacrosse Association (obtained in 2014), and Foundation Insurance Test (FIT) from Chartered in (year unknown). Camilla also received the Gold and Bronze awards from The Duke of Edinburgh's Award program.
