Peter de Verteuil

Peter de Verteuil serves as the General Manager at Avid Enterprises BC since April 2019, specializing in business development, strategy, sales, marketing, and media consulting for organizations ranging from start-ups to large enterprises. In addition, Peter contributes as an Executive in Residence for New Ventures BC's Venture Acceleration Program, aiming to foster entrepreneurship and innovation in British Columbia's technology sector. Prior experience includes a tenure at SAP Business Objects from 1997 to March 2019, where Peter held roles such as Vice President of Business Development and Strategy, focusing on Business Planning and Go-to-market strategies, as well as managing the North American OEM Sales channel. Earlier experience includes leadership roles at Best Buy Canada/Future Shop, overseeing marketing and public relations efforts. Peter is an MBA graduate from Simon Fraser University.
