Tamra Evangelista

Tamra Evangelista is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in coaching, management, and fitness instruction. As the Owner and Certified Integral & Enneagram Coach at Inner Depths Empowerment Coaching since August 2019, Tamra facilitates personal and professional growth for individuals and teams. In addition, Tamra co-owns Thirty Seconds Out, where responsibilities as COO include administrative management and strategic planning. Tamra also serves as an Adjunct Faculty member with New Ventures West, providing technical support for coaching programs. A Zumba Fitness Instructor since 2010, Tamra leads engaging fitness classes and charity events. Previous experience includes various managerial roles at Paychex, where significant accomplishments involved mentoring and training staff. Tamra holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and Gender Studies from Moravian University.
