Megan Metz has over 15 years of experience in various leadership roles at Starbucks, where they worked from December 2005 until October 2020. In November 2020, they transitioned to the role of Director of People & Culture at New Waterloo.

Megan Metz holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from California State Universisty, Fresno. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Strategic Leadership: Impact, Change, and Decision Making from Dartmouth College, SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) from SHRM, and Organizational Culture and Strategic Human Resources from LinkedIn.
