Pim Baljon is an accomplished entrepreneur and sales leader with extensive experience across various industries. Currently a Co-Founder of New Wave Catering, Pim focuses on sustainable culinary practices by repurposing restaurant waste and sourcing eco-friendly recipes. As the Owner of Yakuman, Pim oversees a diverse business portfolio. Previous roles include Head of Sales & Demand Generation at Firmhouse, VP of Sales and Co-Founder of Vegan Pizza Bar, and Manager of Innovation Ecosystem at Stedin, where Pim enhanced innovation to address energy transition challenges. Pim has also contributed as a Sales Manager at Sana Commerce and held positions at VANAD Group and Art Global. Educational background includes a degree in Economics from Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences.
