Josh Dirlam

Josh Dirlam is the Founder and Executive Chairman of New Wave Design and Verification, a role held since August 2012, where leadership is provided to a team of approximately 70 members focused on creating tailored and off-the-shelf intellectual property and electronic systems across various sectors, including Military, Aerospace, Medical, and Telecommunications. Previously, Josh served as the Chief Executive Officer and Founder of New Wave Components from January 2005 to November 2020, successfully establishing and growing the electronic component distribution business until its sale in 2020. Josh Dirlam holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication and Management from Saint John's University, earned between 1999 and 2003.
