Jane Boutilier, CPHR, SHRM-SCP has extensive experience in human resources management, with roles such as HR Manager and Senior HR Coordinator. Jane has worked in various school districts and organizations, handling recruitment and selection, contract management, labour relations, grievances/investigations, performance management, and more. Jane also has experience as an Executive Assistant and as a Founding Partner in a CRM specialist company. Additionally, Jane has worked as a Special Events Coordinator, where Jane recruited, trained, and scheduled demonstrators for special events and product launches.
