Alain Blankenburg-Schröder

Alain Blankenburg-Schröder has extensive experience in senior leadership and product management roles in the technology industry. Alain is currently the Director of Engineering - User Data at NEW WORK SE since April 2022. Prior to that, they served as the VP of Data Products at Smaato from July 2018 to March 2022, where they also held roles as Director of Product Management and Senior Product Manager. Before joining Smaato, Alain worked at Bigpoint GmbH as a Senior Product Owner Big Data from November 2013 to September 2015, where they were responsible for managing the big data infrastructure and identifying new business opportunities. Their earlier experience includes working as a Senior Consultant at IBM Switzerland, where they specialized in business analytics and optimization, from August 2010 to October 2013, and as a Consultant from February 2008 to July 2010, where they led and participated in various business intelligence and analytics projects.

Alain Blankenburg-Schröder completed a Diplom degree in Business Information Systems from Paderborn University, from 2001 to 2007. In addition, they obtained certifications in Management 3.0 and Certified Scrum Product Owner in 2014.
