Malin Gereke

Malin Gereke has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as an Operations Coordinator at Hamburg Süd from 2009 to 2012. Malin then worked as an HR Project Manager at Fiducia Management Consultants from 2013 to 2014. After that, they joined TMP Worldwide as an Account Executive and later became an Account Manager from 2014 to 2016.

In 2016, Gereke transitioned to EOS Gruppe, where they held various roles in Personalmarketing and Recruiting until 2019, including Senior Referentin, Referentin, and Teamlead. Malin then moved on to NEW WORK SE, taking on the position as Lead Employer Branding from 2019 to 2021, followed by their current role as the Team Lead Employer Branding DACH, leading a team of 12 employees and developing the Employer Branding strategy.

In 2022, Gereke joined MG - Systemic Organizational Development as a Systemic Organizational Developer.

Malin Gereke obtained a Bachelor's degree in Foreign Trade / International Management from Hamburg University of Applied Sciences from 2010 to 2013. Prior to that, they completed their training as a "Schifffahrtskauffrau" at Berufliche Schule für Logistik, Schifffahrt und Touristik (BS 09) from 2009 to 2012. In 2021, Malin Gereke obtained a certification as a "Systemische Organisationsentwicklerin" from Change Campus. Additionally, they obtained a certification as an instructor according to the "Ausbilder-Eignungsverordnung, Nachweis berufs- und arbeitspädagogische Fertigkeiten, Kenntnisse und Fähigkeiten i.S.d. § 30 BBiG" from Handelskammer Hamburg in 2020.
