Michael Chan

Michael Chan, CPA, currently serves as Senior Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis at New World Development Company Limited since November 2022, following a role as Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis. Prior to this, Michael worked at Grosvenor from May 2021 to October 2022, overseeing the Hong Kong and regional finance team, presenting management reports, computing financial figures for Asia Pacific property assets, and leading process improvement projects. Michael's professional journey also includes experience at Deloitte as Audit Senior and Assistant Manager in Asia Financial Controllership & Reporting from October 2016 to April 2021, where responsibilities included reviewing financial reports, performing analysis, and managing audit teams. Michael holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from City University of Hong Kong and participated in a Student Exchange Programme at the University of Warwick.
