Trasimene C. has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. They started their career in 2007 with HSBC as a Temporary Human Resources Assistant. They then moved on to various roles in different hotels, including Crowne Plaza Hong Kong Causeway Bay, Harbour Plaza 8 Degrees, and InterContinental Hotels Group. In 2013, they joined Hotel ICON as a Senior Human Capital Officer and later became the Human Capital Manager. In 2018, they worked at Swire Hotels as a People Development Manager and then joined Langham Hospitality Group as a Human Resources Manager before being promoted to Assistant Director of Human Resources. Currently, in 2022, they are the Director of Human Resources at New World Millennium Hong Kong Hotel.
