Tameka Spires

Tameka Spires is a seasoned professional in human resources, currently serving as a Human Resources Generalist and previously held the position of Human Resource Coordinator at New World Van Lines since June 2021. Prior to this, Tameka accumulated valuable experience at The University of Chicago from February 2012 to June 2021, working as an Administrative Support Specialist and Customer Service Clerk. Tameka's earlier roles include a teaching position at the Noble Network of Charter Schools and serving as a Kraft Program & Event Facilitator at the Chicago Park District. Tameka holds a Master's Degree in Workforce Development and Training Human Resource and a Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education, both from Southern Illinois University Carbondale.
