Robert Pence

Robert Pence has over 30 years of work experience in the field of software engineering and testing. Robert started their career as a Software Engineer at NEC America and worked there for 11 years. Following that, they worked as a Manager at Sonus Networks where they successfully led a development group. Robert then joined NetHawk Oyj as a Manager/Support Engineer, where they provided support to customers and coordinated with the development team. Robert then worked at Prodea Systems as a Senior Automation Test Engineer, where they automated testing processes and performed project management duties. After that, they worked at Siemens as a Test Engineer, developing and executing automated and manual tests. Currently, they are working at New York Air Brake as a Test Lead.

Robert Pence obtained a Master of Science (M.S.) in Computer Science from The University of Texas at Dallas between 1989 and 1992. In addition to their degree, they have also acquired additional certifications. In March 2016, they achieved the CMQ/OE certification from ASQ, and in March 2014, they obtained the Six Sigma Black Belt certification, also from ASQ.
