Alexandria S. is an experienced technical writer with a strong background in creating user guides for consumer electronics. At New York Blood Center since August 2022, Alexandria continues to develop technical documentation. Previously, Alexandria was a technical writer at Southern Telecom Inc. from August 2017 to August 2022, where responsibilities included authoring and designing user guides for a variety of consumer products and managing document revisions. Alexandria's early career includes roles as a junior technical writer and copywriter, visitor assistant at New Museum, instructor at AEON Corporation, math instructor at Mathnasium - The Math Learning Center, and research assistant at the University of Michigan. Alexandria holds a Bachelor of Arts in International/Global Studies from the University of Michigan, earned between 2010 and 2014.
