Chap James Day

Chap James Day currently serves as the Director of Advancement Operations and RENXT Database Manager at the New York Botanical Garden, where responsibilities include database management, system implementation, and collaboration with key stakeholders. With extensive experience in data analytics and operational management across various nonprofit organizations, Chap has held senior roles at City Harvest and Habitat for Humanity New York City, focusing on donor management systems and reporting. Additional experience includes owning Gathering Leaves Family Research, providing family research services, and managing development operations at organizations such as Pro Mujer and Hetrick-Martin Institute. Education includes a BA in Sacred Music from Presbyterian College and studies towards an MDiv in Theology at General Theological Seminary.
