Nancy Goldman

Nancy Goldman, Ed.D., currently serves as President of Working Heart and holds the role of Director of Learning and Development at the New York City Campaign Finance Board. Additionally, Nancy serves as Director of Training Programs and Initiatives at the NYC Mayor's Office to End Domestic and Gender-Based Violence and has been a faculty member at New York University and Teachers College, Columbia University. Nancy's extensive experience includes curriculum development, leadership training, and program management across various organizations such as the NYC Department of Correction, Manhattan College, Brooklyn Workforce Innovations, and Montel Williams’ Mountain Movers. Nancy holds multiple degrees from Teachers College, Columbia University, and New York University, including a Doctorate in Organization and Leadership.
