David Shamoon

David Shamoon, MS, is a seasoned professional in technology management with extensive experience in operations and analytics. Currently serving as Sr. Manager of Operations at the NYC School Construction Authority since May 2006, David Shamoon drives technological transformation and champions IT operational excellence. Previous experience includes a role as Business Analyst leading a division within a state agency, providing high-quality customer service and support in technology operations. Earlier, as a Business Analyst for the City of New York's Human Resources Administration, David Shamoon managed projects and offered analytical insights for system enhancements. David Shamoon holds a Master’s Degree in Technology Management from Columbia University, a Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism from Northeastern University, and a Project Management Certificate from New York University.
