Shannon Fales

Shannon Fales is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in public sector management and policy. Currently a Senior Manager at the NYC School Construction Authority since January 2020, Shannon previously served as the Director of Business Process Improvement at the NYC Department of Buildings, overseeing the transition to a digital inspection violation process. Additional roles include Senior Operations Manager and Project Manager at the NYC Office of Management and Budget, where fiscal oversight for multiple agencies was a key responsibility.
