Skinner Marion

Skinner Marion has over 16 years of experience in operations and contract administration. Currently serving as Operations Manager at the NYC School Construction Authority since January 2007, Skinner is responsible for overseeing various operational functions within the organization. Prior to this role, Skinner worked as Sr. Contract Administrator at Metro-North Railroad from April 1999 to September 2005, where responsibilities included managing contracts and ensuring compliance with regulations.
