Stacey Tyson, Esq. has an extensive work experience that spans over two decades. Stacey'smost recent position is as the Chief Contracting Officer at the NYC School Construction Authority (SCA), a role they have held since November 2021. Prior to this, they served as the Senior Counsel and Director of Contract Administration at SCA for six years. Stacey also worked as a Senior Attorney in the Legal Department of SCA for six years.

Before joining SCA, Stacey was the Assistant Vice President & Associate Counsel at ICON Capital Group LLC., a position they held for seven months in 2008. Prior to that, they served as the Vice President and Associate General Counsel at ACA Financial Guaranty Corporation for two years.

Stacey began their career as a Corporate Associate at Golenbock Eiseman Assor Bell & Peskoe LLP in 2004 and worked there for two years. Stacey then joined Morrison Cohen LLP as a Corporate Attorney in 2001 and worked there for three years.

Stacey's earliest work experience was as a Clerk in the Managing Attorney's Office at Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman, where they worked for two years from 1998 to 2000. Throughout their career, Stacey has demonstrated their expertise in contract administration, corporate law, and legal counsel.

Stacey Tyson, Esq. pursued their academic journey with a strong focus on law and business. Stacey earned their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Political Science from Hofstra University, where they attended from 1993 to 1997. Continuing their education, they attended Fordham Gabelli School of Business from 1997 to 2000, earning a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Accounting. Concurrently, they also pursued a Juris Doctor (JD) degree at Fordham University School of Law from 1997 to 2000. Stacey Tyson, Esq. completed their secondary education at Manhasset High School from 1989 to 1993.
