Annie Zegers

Annie Zegers is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience in digital strategy and social media management. Currently serving as a Senior Digital Strategist at the New York Civil Liberties Union since April 2020, Annie previously held multiple roles at the National Institute for Reproductive Health/NIRH Action Fund, where responsibilities included overseeing email production and managing social media accounts. Annie's early career involved positions such as Communications Coordinator and Project Assistant at Feminist Dialogue, where planning and social media management were key duties. Additional experience includes roles at Hunter College Campus Schools, Re:Gender, Planned Parenthood New York City, Inc., and The Riverdale Press. Annie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Studio Art from Muhlenberg College.
