Javier Cucarella has diverse work experience in the hospitality industry. Javier is currently working as the Assistant Director of Operations at the New York Hilton Midtown, starting in October 2022. Javier served as the Assistant General Manager and Reception Manager at Eurostars Mediterránea Plaza from 2008 to 2010 and 2006 to 2008, respectively. In these positions, they were responsible for various front office duties, including training receptionists, managing bookings, revenue, and price adjustments, and supervising cashiering activities. Javier also worked as a Receptionist at Eurostars Mediterránea Plaza from 2000 to 2006, where they provided excellent customer service and handled check-ins, check-outs, room bills, and payments.
Javier's career in the hospitality industry began as a Receptionist at HOTEL CASTILLA ALICANTE from April 1998 to September 2000.
Javier Cucarella obtained their Bachelor's degree in Tourism from Universitat d'Alacant, where they studied Hospitality Administration/Management from 2006 to 2010. In November 2020, they also acquired a certification in Effective Problem-Solving and Decision-Making from Coursera.
