Olga Cuervo

Olga Cuervo has over three decades of experience in the hospitality industry, beginning at the Pickwick Arms Hotel from August 1981 to February 1992, where roles included Telephone Operator, Front Desk Agent, and Reservation Clerk. Since March 1992, Olga has been with New York Hilton Midtown, serving as a Barista, Cashier, and Telephone Order Taker at Herb-N-Kitchen, and also working as a Room Service Sales Agent. Olga holds a high school diploma from LaGuardia Community College.
