Emily Haight

Emily Haight is a seasoned social media professional with extensive experience in cultural institutions. Currently serving as the Director of Social Media at the New-York Historical Society since May 2019, Emily has previously held roles including Senior and Social Media Manager, where responsibilities included producing creative content and developing long-term strategies. Prior to this, Emily contributed at the National Portrait Gallery as a Communications Specialist, assisting in the launch of key initiatives, and managed social media content at the National Museum of Women in the Arts in various capacities. Emily's experience also encompasses roles at Hillwood Estate, Museum and Gardens, and internships at notable organizations like The Art Institute of Chicago. Emily holds a Bachelor of Arts in European History from Emory University, complemented by international education at UCL.
