Melissa Baker

Melissa Baker is an experienced professional with a solid background in IT business planning and continuous improvement. Currently serving as the IT Business Planning Program Lead at NYISO since December 2013, Melissa has also held roles as a Senior Continuous Improvement Advisor and Business Analyst for Finance Products at the same organization. Previous experience includes consulting at Line of Sight and various positions at TEKsystems, including Account Manager and Technical Recruiter. Earlier career steps involved working as an Account Recruiter Manager at Mentor 4 Inc., now known as Aerotek Professional Services. Melissa holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from SUNY Geneseo, where studies spanned from August 1998 to May 2002.
