Michael Insero

Michael Insero has extensive experience in software configuration and release management, currently serving as Lead Software Configuration / Release Manager at NYISO since 2003. Prior roles include Manager of Support Services at SynQuest, Inc. from 1997 to 2003, Manager of Engineering at Air Purification, Inc. from 1995 to 1997, and Account Manager at A.H. Harris & Sons, Inc. from 1992 to 1995. Additionally, Michael gained early experience as a Staff Engineer at Energy & Value Consultants, Inc. from 1988 to 1991. Michael Insero holds an MBA in Business from Union College (1997-1999) and a BS in Applied Mathematics and Electrical Engineering from the Rochester Institute of Technology (1986-1991).
