DOM GREEN is in his eighth year with the New York Jets, and fifth as a national scout after joining the organization in 2015. Prior to the Jets, he spent the previous six years with the Kansas City Chiefs (2009-14).
With Kansas City, Green was promoted to assistant director of college scouting under Andy Reid after three years as the Eastern regional scout and one year as the Southeast area scout. He spent three seasons with Tampa Bay (2006-08) as the Southeast area scout before joining the Chiefs. He earned his first NFL job as a strength intern for the Miami Dolphins in 1996 under Hall of Fame Coach Jimmy Johnson.
Green coached for seven years at Southwest Mississippi Community College (1999-2005), the last five as the head coach (2001-05). Prior to that, he had two stints with Middle Tennessee State as an assistant coach (1995, 1997-98) and was a graduate assistant at the University of Mississippi (1992-94).
