TIM KEMP, now in his sixth season with the New York Jets, is responsible for all strategic marketing, advertising, and branding for the team. In his role, Kemp oversees the ongoing promotion of all Jets platforms including ticket sales, events, sponsor initiatives, content, and fan engagement programs.
Kemp also oversees the team's creative strategy and execution across all internal and external platforms. In 2019, in conjunction with the NFL and Nike, Kemp directed the Emmy Award-winning launch of the club's new brand identity, which included new team jerseys, logos, and branding throughout MetLife Stadium and the Atlantic Health Jets Training Center. He is also responsible for the team's loyalty program, an exclusive platform that contributed to the Jets being named 'Most Innovative Sports Franchise' by Sports Techie Magazine.
Prior to joining the Jets, Kemp spent three years as vice president of programming for Barclays Center where he oversaw content creation and marketing for the arena – bringing world-class entertainment to Brooklyn. These world-class events included the NCAA Men's Basketball Tournament, Sports Illustrated Sportsperson of the Year, WWE SummerSlam, Rock 'N Roll Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony, and the MTV Video Music Awards – and hundreds of other concerts, sporting events, and family shows.
