Heather L. Davis Smith, JD, CLU, ChFC, CAP, has served as Corporate Vice President at New York Life Insurance Company since February 1999, currently leading Marketing, Meetings, and Agent Development at The Nautilus Group while driving strategic initiatives that align with corporate vision. With experience as an Executive Producer for a nationally recognized event and oversight of the legal team within the Advanced Planning Group, Heather has demonstrated expertise in strategic planning and cross-departmental operations. Previous roles include Assistant Vice President and various director-level positions, with foundational experience as a law clerk and a financial services professional at Ameritas. Heather holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from the University of Nebraska College of Law and multiple financial designations from The American College of Financial Services.
