Tod Mitchinson is a seasoned professional in information security with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as Vice President and Chief Information Security Officer at New York Life Insurance Company since 2016, Tod also co-chairs the New York CISO Community at Evanta, a Gartner Company. Previous roles include Chief Information Security Officer at AIG and ICAP, where leadership focused on developing comprehensive security programs and strategies. Throughout a distinguished career at Credit Suisse, Tod held multiple positions in IT risk and security, managing global teams and implementing significant cost-saving measures. With a foundational education in Computer Science from the State University of New York at Oswego and further studies at IMD, Tod has consistently driven advancements in IT security and risk management throughout a career spanning over three decades.
