Luke Melton is a seasoned finance professional with experience in private equity portfolio management and real estate investment analysis. Currently serving as a Senior Associate in Private Equity Portfolio Management at New York Life Investments since August 2022, Luke plays a key role in managing a substantial real estate portfolio that boasts over $68 billion in assets and operates across 40 states and 150 markets. Prior to this, Luke worked as an Investment Analyst at AlphaFlow from March 2022 to July 2022, where responsibilities included analyzing real estate investments for large institutional clients and managing a $50 million real estate portfolio aimed at delivering consistent returns while minimizing risk.
