Leyla Ali

Leyla Ali is a versatile performer and instructor with extensive experience in the arts and fitness industries. Currently part of the ensemble and covering the role of Julie in the Tootsie 1st National Tour since September 2021, Leyla has also taken on the role of understudy and swing for A Christmas Carol at McCarter Theatre Center in late 2023. With a background as a singer and dancer for Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd., Leyla has performed in various theatrical productions, including the role of Pilar at Cortland Repertory Theatre and multiple ensemble roles in productions like Rogers & Hammerstein's Cinderella. In addition to performance, Leyla has been an instructor at New York Pilates and has gained multiple certifications in Pilates, barre, and personal training. Education includes a diploma in Performing Arts from Dance World Studios and various fitness certifications from KX Pilates and Studio Pilates International.
