Jackie started their career as an intern at WGBH and American Public Television, where they gained experience in communications and outreach. Jackie then worked as an Assistant Account Executive at Bullfrog & Baum, handling public relations for hospitality clients. Subsequently, they served as a Development Associate at the Metropolitan Opera and a Local Outreach & Communications Specialist at New Amsterdam Market.
Jackie's career took a turn towards media and editorial roles, starting as an Editorial Operations Manager at Curbed Network. During their time there, they managed editorial operations, syndication partnerships, and special projects. Jackie then joined Vox Media, Inc., where they held the positions of Director of Editorial Operations and later, Senior Director of Commerce. In these roles, they oversaw various aspects of content strategy, business development, and operations, contributing to the growth and monetization of the company's commerce business.
Jackie continued to explore their passion for the film industry by becoming the Director of Development at the Brooklyn Horror Film Festival. Currently, Jackie is serving as the VP of Commerce at the New York Post, where they use their expertise to further enhance the company's commerce initiatives.
Throughout their career, Jackie has demonstrated strong leadership skills, successfully managing teams, collaborating with different departments, and achieving significant revenue growth in the commerce sector.
