Joseph Ruchalski

Joseph Ruchalski has been with the New York Post for over 14 years, serving most recently as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. In this role, they provide financial leadership to the New York Post Digital Network in monetization, development of strategic partnerships, and vendor contract negotiations. Under Ruchalski's financial leadership, the digital network audience and advertising revenue have grown by approximately 500% and 300%, respectively. Joseph has also led contract negotiations with major content licensors, resulting in cost savings of approximately 25%. Ruchalski partners with the Chief Revenue Officer in developing sales goals, commission plans, and strategic deals with digital exchanges and advertisement resellers. Joseph also co-leads the transition of business with the development of production, logistic, and organization strategy.

Prior to their current role, Ruchalski served as Vice President of Finance - Planning and Analysis for News America Marketing. In this role, they provided financial leadership and support for News America Marketing's product lines that included the FSI (Free Standing Insert), In-Store Advertising, Custom Publishing, Merchandising, Demonstration, Internet Coupons, and Direct Mail in both the United States and Canada. Joseph also provided financial leadership and support for the launch of the first Digital App. only Publication - The Daily - as well as the launch of the New York Post iPad, iPhone, and Android Apps.

Before joining News America Marketing, Ruchalski served as Manager of Business Analysis for Kraft Foods. In this role, they provided financial leadership and support for Kraft Foods' product lines in both the United States and Canada.

Ruchalski has experience in strategic planning, forecasting and budgeting, new product launches, mergers and acquisitions, system implementations, and General and Cost Accounting. Joseph is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Fordham University.

Joseph Ruchalski has a Bachelor of Business Administration from Pace University in Finance and a Masters of Business Administration from St. John's University in Finance and Accounting. Joseph also went to Chaminade High School.
