Martin Bowen Pe

Martin Bowen has over 35 years of work experience in electrical engineering and project management. Martin started their career in 1988 as a Senior Electrical Engineer at Hartmann & Concessi, PC, where they worked until 1995. From 1995 to 2005, they served as the Principal and Associate Electrical Department Head at Lilker Associates. Martin then joined the USDOT FAA as a Senior Electrical Engineer in Infrastructure Services from 2005 to 2008.

Martin's most recent position was at the New York Power Authority, where they held various roles. From 2008 to 2012, they worked as a Senior Electrical Engineer in Energy Services, and from 2012 to 2018, they served as the Manager of Electrical Engineering in Energy Services. Martin later pursued a Masters of Science in Civil Engineering with a focus on Construction Management from Manhattan College, completing the degree between 2015 and 2018. In addition, they have obtained certifications as an Associate DBIA from DBIA and as a Leed AP from LEED.
