Tabitha Robinson-Zogby

Tabitha Robinson-Zogby has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Tabitha has extensive experience at the New York Power Authority, where they held positions such as Senior Director of Product Management, Director Customer Experience, and Director Customer Digital Experience and Voice of Customer. In these roles, they focused on improving customer experiences, overseeing teams, and implementing digital transformation strategies. Tabitha also worked as a Program Operations Manager - Marketing and Senior Account Executive, where they managed relationships with government accounts and contributed to strategic planning. Prior to their time at the New York Power Authority, they worked as an Energy Analyst at the NYC Department of Correction. Additionally, they have experience as an Engineer and Project Manager at FPL, a Teaching Assistant at the University of Florida, and a Lead Student Engineer at the US DOE Industrial Assessment Center. Tabitha obtained their graduate degree from Baruch College, Zicklin School of Business, and also worked as a Graduate Intern at Global Change Associates Inc.
