Tanner Smith is a seasoned professional in video production and content creation, currently serving as the Director of Video & Photography for New York Road Runners since November 2022. As the Owner of Tanner Smith Productions, LLC since May 2020, Tanner has accumulated extensive experience in storytelling and brand amplification, demonstrated during tenure as Senior Manager of Brand & Commercial Content for New York City Football Club from August 2019 to October 2022. Prior roles include Senior Video Producer for the Columbus Blue Jackets, Assistant Athletic Director for Video Production at Ohio University, and various positions in video production with reputable organizations such as 20/20 Visual Media and WOUB Public Media. Tanner holds a Master's degree in Sport Administration and a Bachelor's degree in Broadcast Journalism, with a focus on Sports Management and Spanish, both from Ohio University.
