Paul Bennett

Paul Bennett is an accomplished Clean Technologies Science Leader at Scion since October 2014, with extensive experience in bioenergy and biofuels. Previously, Paul served as COO/CTO at Rebio Technologies, focusing on the commercialization of bioethanol technology. Paul held the position of Bioenergy Strategy Manager at the Energy Technologies Institute, where responsibilities included shaping the UK's energy strategy for 2050. As Director at PJB Consulting, Paul advised clients on bioenergy strategy and business development. Earlier roles at BP included managing biofuels strategy in the Asia/Pacific region and developing fuel policy positions globally. Paul holds a PhD and BSc in Chemistry from the University of Birmingham.
