Roya Rezanavz

Roya Rezanavz is a seasoned scientist with extensive experience in polymer testing and characterization. Currently at Scion since May 2018, Roya leads the Polymer Testing group, specializing in the failure analysis of various polymeric materials in accordance with established standards. Prior experience includes serving as a PhD candidate at the University of Canterbury from August 2014 to November 2018, and holding the position of Senior Lab Technician at Arianam Engineering Company from March 2011 to June 2014, where responsibilities included quality control and laboratory analysis. Additionally, Roya worked as a Research Engineer for the National Iranian Gas Company, contributing to significant projects in membrane technology and pipeline coatings from November 2008 to March 2011. The educational background includes a Doctor of Philosophy in Bioprocess Engineering from the University of Canterbury and Master's and Bachelor's degrees in Polymer Engineering from Sahand University of Technology and Amirkabir University of Technology, respectively.
