Candyce Christensen

Candyce Christensen is an accomplished financial professional with extensive experience in accounting and commercial management. Currently serving as Programme Commercial Manager at KiwiRail since November 2019, Candyce provides commercial insights and financial expertise to five capital delivery programmes. Previously held the role of Senior Project Accountant within the Capital Projects & Asset Development sector and has worked in various senior management accounting positions at TVNZ and Arrow International (NZ) Limited, focusing on large-scale construction projects. Other roles include Management Accountant at Solid Energy New Zealand Ltd and Cost Accountant at City Care Ltd. Early in the career, Candyce contributed as a Management/Systems Accountant at Wise Group and managed financial services and IT at Federated Farmers. Education includes becoming a Chartered Accountant through Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand and earning a Bachelor of Management Studies in Accounting from The University of Waikato.
